Mallets is freshly pressed from Somerset apples all from within a ten mile radius of our mill. We never use concentrated juice, for us it’s all about keeping things simple. We pick our fruit, then we press it. That’s when we sit back and wait, preferring a slower, gentle fermentation process. We do things the old school way, and that’s how we get our taste so clean and refreshing. Refreshment Nailed.
